    HSR-Studio workstation software is a computer virtual debugging software developed by Foshan Intelligent Installation Technology Research Institute for the application of robot industry, which integrates teaching programming, offline programming, motion simulation, full-parameter debugging and management of control system. Based on a number of core technologies, the software realizes the separation of the control layer, algorithm layer and view layer of the software, meets the requirements of openness, modularization and extensibility, deeply integrates the Huashu III control system, can realize the tasks of robot teaching programming, online debugging, acquisition analysis and so on, and has the functions of model analysis, feature selection, path planning, collision detection, beat simulation and virtual debugging, the function covers the complete life cycle of robot integration application, including scheme design, scene construction, offline programming, virtual debugging and deployment delivery, improving product design quality and reducing design cost, thus speeding up the deployment and debugging cycle of production line.

    The HSR-Studio workstation software is deeply integrated with the Wasu Robot III system. Through the establishment of a physical environment and virtual robot on the PC side to fully simulate the operation of the robot, it is used for modeling, offline programming and simulation of the robot unit and completing the system configuration of the Wasu III control system. The whole process simulation and debugging will focus on scheme design, trajectory planning, motion simulation, deployment configuration, system debugging, acquisition analysis, etc, to provide customers with simulation software solutions based on Wasu robots.

    1. Program Editor

    The software supports offline program editing and provides efficient programming tools such as automatic code completion, syntax error checking, and PRG syntax assistant to help users quickly become familiar with and write programs. At the same time, the software supports program synchronization function, a key to issue or upload programs.

    2. Online debugging

    The software supports connection and communication with the controller and integrated drive-control equipment, online monitoring and debugging of the robot, real-time monitoring of variables and program operation, data acquisition, backup and recovery of system files, etc. to facilitate users to carry out online debugging.

    3. Virtual Controller

    The software integrates Huashu III virtual controller, which is compiled and run independently based on PC after being separated from the real hardware dependence, so that some programming and debugging tasks of users can be carried out smoothly on PC, and the time and cost of on-site debugging and deployment are shortened.

    4. Scene construction and simulation

    The software model library supports the import of stl, stp, step and other format models, supports the construction of simulation scenes, and binds the equipment to the robot for action simulation, estimates the motion beat time, and detects the collision and interference between the robot and the scene.

    The software supports automatic path planning by selecting the features of stp, step and other format models, and supports a series of functions such as batch setting of attributes of path points, batch modification of coordinates, position directional bias and so on.
